Friday Follows

OMGosh! Looky at my followers. When did that happen? I'm so close to 200, what a milestone! The coolest part is that I will have an ARC to giveaway in August in conjunction with a new author interview--perfect timing. So, stay tuned for more information on that.

Quick reminder--I'll be gone all next week. Church Girl's Camp! I'm so excited, my oldest daughter gets to go this year. I'll tell you all about it when I get back. I'm trying to get a few posts written and scheduled so you won't miss me too much, but a sick 3 year old, cake project, and agreement to paint someones house this weekend have my mind turned to mush. Don't expect too much. :)

Now on to the links!

Elana Johnson posted a great one on how to write your synopsis. Perfect timing as usual Elana! This is what I'm working on right now.

Tessa started a new blog called Writer's Helpers just to keep track and share book reviews on writer how-to books.

I loved this post on Story Fix titled What Just Might Get You Published. Probably Won't.

My new friend Meryl has a new blog you need to check out. Her latest post was Departing the Text 101.

Guide to Literary Agents posted 5 Rules for writing YA.

Jody Hedlund posted How to Attract Readers to our Blogs.

KM Weiland has a great post on Why Your Character's Motive Matters.

Have fun at girl's camp. My oldest just got back a few weeks ago. My husband and I got to go for dinner one night. It was such a great experience! I hope your daughter loves it! =)
