For 6 years I had about 30K of my novel but couldn't finish until I sat down and did some plotting. :D

Alex, I agree some of these sound complicated. Being somewhat in the middle of pantsing and plotting, I usually sit down and write a paragraph or two for each chapter. I simply write my goals for the chapter and any questions that I need to answer when I write it (or at least figure out before I write).

K.M., I love yWriter's sections for notes and descriptions. I have the first 5 chapters of this year's Nano project already in yWriter and ready to go. I stopped because I heard we can beta test scrivener. *rubs hands together* I can't wait to see how they compare.Charity Bradfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01960821077619680661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762622439282650752.post-53728096666349660842010-10-02T11:14:57.300-05:002010-10-02T11:14:57.300-05:00Ah-ha! I write my outlines up in a notebook (or two or three), then transcribe them to the fabulous yWriter.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13832782604769370695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762622439282650752.post-53208254455974677432010-10-01T18:02:35.668-05:002010-10-01T18:02:35.668-05:00Those seem complicated. You can have multiple plot lines, move the cards around as needed, etc.Jenna Wallacehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07591399291903261245noreply@blogger.com
