Winner Announced!

Lindsey Brooks!!!

Thanks to Random.org. Please email me your address and I will get your books in the mail to you! charity.bradford@gmail.com

Well, here it is Monday and I am out of things to blog about. For the last month I've had posts written and scheduled a week in advance. Then I would get excited and post it early. :) Now, I need to calm down and settle into my planned routine. Oh, you forgot what that was? Here I will refresh your memory...

Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday...stay away from the blogosphere and work on my WIP Tuesday, Thursday and early Saturday morning. Do you think I can do it? I'm worried, because I've sort of become addicted to blogging.

Why? Because my followers are awesome! I lurk to see what comments you are going to make. It is as close to instant gratification we get as writers. Love it or hate it, you let me know within minutes and hours of posting. How am I ever going to survive the brutal waiting game of querying??? I'm so impatient, and yet I've worked hard for 2 long years on this novel. Patience is fickle I think.

Stay tuned, Elana Johnson and I are cooking up some summer fun.

  1. That is the great thing about blogging - instant gratification! I love that about it too.

  2. Oh no no no no, you're not addicted :P Me, on the other hand, miss I wonder if I can post every day in May, I may be addicted.

But then again I am on the computer every day studying anyway :P

Oooh, cooking up some fun huh? Sounds interesting :)

  4. Congratulations, Lindsey!

I find blogging both addicting and difficult to keep up with. Good luck!

  5. Yes, the blogosphere is addicting. Very addicting. It's more easy for me to interact in blogs than it is more me to work on my current project when I have the kids around. When the boys are snug in bed, it is easier to concentrate on my WIP.
